Our LayFlat Press Books

Our layFlat Press Books we have in our senior packages are the most popular items we offer.  It’s made with quality materials like genuine leather and the heaviest hinged paper on the market, and bound so that when opened, it lays flat. With the high gloss finish really makes your photos pop. All our LayFlat books are custom designed for each senior we photograph. With a minimum of 10 pages you get 20 side of photos so we can fill your Layflat book full of your senior photos. The Layflat book is panoramic witch mean we can put a photo from edge to edge of the book so when you open your book the photo will cover both pages with almost no seam in the middle of the book. This gives us full range to really make a amazing book the you will have for a life time. So check out our senior packages on our web site Senior packages  or give us a call 859-699-2951

Working my new Business plan for 2012

Starting a new year with a new business card.

A senior photo shoot Jessalyn

One of my favorite times to shoot seniors is in the fall. The colors are great background for outdoor photography. We had a great time moving from location to location. Jessalyn was very creative in her posing skills. She was up for anything i asked her to do jumping, lying on the ground, twisting and leaning. We went to the Henry clay estate for the first session then we moved to down town Lexington KY. Our next session is winter photos at the Kentucky Horse Park. Just waiting for the snow.( i never thought i would say that)

Time for my website overhaul

Its time for me to overhaul my website. I will be giving it a new look with more information on our photography business  I have not added my new photos this year. Shame on me! I hope to be working on some new backgrounds for my pages. I will adding more in the way of seniors portraits witch i am leaning in to more thees days. I will be adding a page just for seniors giving them more information on how we do a senior photo shoot. I will removing most of the cheer photos on my site. Cleaning up my galleries make them more user friendly. So please be patient with me on my changes as i try to work this out. If you have any suggestions that you might like please feel free to drop me a e-mail. Thanks everyone

My Portfolio

This spring i need to update my Portfolio. My portfolio is the number one tool for expanding my photography business. I need a lot of new portraits for my book that i show my customers. I am currently looking for some people that would like to donate some time for a photography shoot. I would give the photos on a CD of the shoot to the guest that model for me. In turn i would have all the rights to use any of the photos in my portfolio or on my web site www.r-prescott.smugmug.com . The photo shoot location would be different for each shoot. You can bring several change of clothes or and props you would like. The only requirement is that you show up to have fun. I would like to expand my business to weddings and portraits. The portfolio i am making will be a leather bound book with a tone of my best photos. The photos would be feathered on my home page of my web site. My web site gets on the average of 1200 hits a day. The this gives a lot of attention to of you. Photos will be taken in the Lexington KY area. if you have any good sites that you would like to use i am open for any suggestions. So remember any good places you have seen over the years that you think would make a great photo session. I will review all inquires that request a photo shoot based on my needs at that time. With the first sign of spring is a good time to start planing for some outdoors portrait So if you are getting married and need so engagement photos or just want some portraits of your self drop me a e-mail prescottsphotography@gmail.com you may get picked for so free photos.
